Facility Rentals

The facilities of Trinity Lutheran Church are dedicated to serving the needs of the congregation and its mission. As a service to both our members and our community, Trinity also makes some of our facilities available to a limited number of community organizations and to our members for private functions. 
 
In order to make this possible, we need the cooperation of all those who are extended the privilege of using the church facilities. We must be assured that the church’s properties are properly maintained, protected from misuse and damage, and kept secure.

As the renter or supervisor of groups, you will be held responsible for the actions of your group. We expect that all groups using the facilities will be supervised at all times, that they will remain in the designated area and that the rooms and furnishings will be treated with proper respect.

You must consult with the staff member responsible for scheduling building use before proceeding.  Please call 765-482-2975 for more information.  That person will guide you in your choice of date, room assignment, and final approval by the church council.
